A very nice and unusual Japanesque music cabinet branded "Herter Brothers" on the back of the cabinet, New York City, circa 1880. Measurements are 48 inches tall x 14 inches deep x wide 28 1/2 inches wide. The cabinet appears to have the original finish with scuffs consistent with use and age. The cabinet has nice decorative original brass hardware and a mahogany fitted interior.
