b>An attractive American Victorian dresser produced by the firm Gotlieb & Vollmer & Sons, Philadelphia, circa 1870 with original finish. Lock plate stamped G . Vollmer & Sons, Philadelphia.
Rectangular mirror plate flanked by fluted column and foliate carved baluster stiles sumounted by floral cresting flanked by urn finials. Floral marquetry inlaid (brass, mother of pearl and wood) frieze drawer and two long panel molded drawers raised on animal paw feet. Original finish (outstanding rosewood) and measurements are 7 feet 11 inches tall, width 4 feet 1 inch, depth 22 inches.
