<b>CLAUDE WEISBUCH BORN FEBRUARY 8, 1927 AT THIONVILLE, FRANCE.
He studied at l'Ecole des Beaux Arts de Nancy, he was a professor at l'Ecole des beaux Arts de St. Etienne in 1953. He then moved to Paris in 1960.
He participated at several expositions such as: Biennale de Paris, Salon d'Automne, Les Peintres Temoins de leurs Temps, les Peintres Graveurs Francais. In 1961, he won "Le Prix de la Critique. He exposed his prints in France, Europe, Japan and United States.
His themes were: The Theatre (clowns), portraits, musique, horses and the Republic.
Up for sale is a frame litograph signed and numbered. The litograph comes with a certificate of authotication. I am selling copy number 100 out of 160 that were printed. The lithograph is in excellent condition. Measurements are: 30 inches wide x 22 inches tall. |
