<b>History of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition

Arguably on of the finest the finest books published on any of the World Fairs.

This massive book weighs more than ten pounds and features 4000 plus illustrations on 800 pages.
In addition it provides an extensive historical account of Louisisana, including the events of the purchase and the time period leading up to the World Fair.

At the time of the St. Louis World Fair it was estimated that it would take a week to see all exhibits of the Fair.

It is safe to say that with the amount of exhibits shown in this book, even a week would not have been enough.

The book is in extraordinary condition with just very light signs of use. It has a solid binding and a very clean interior.
