A very fine mid 19th century Meridienne attributed to J. & J. Meeks, New York City. Measurements are 42" height, 52" width, 23" depth. Finish original. A parlor produced by the firm J. & &. Meeks, the same pattern as the meridienne pictured here, is part of the collection at Stanton Hall House Museum, Natchez, Mississippi.
