A very nice mid-19th century, attributed to J. & J. Meeks, New York City, circa 1850, in two parts, the hooded cornice surmounted by a floral-carved crest and over an arched mirror plate flanked by side mirrors, fronted by shelves on turned columns, on a serpentine base with open carved apron raised on cabriole legs and joined by a low shelf. Measurements: 106" tall, 58 1/2 wide, 21" deep. |
