- INSCRIBED by the author on the 1st blank page - Dated December 4, 1929 - Addressed to Frederick William Markle!

-The inscription blank endpage does have one top edge vertical rip/tear.

- This book is almost impossibe to find in its original format, and exponentially more difficult signed!
Condition:

- The book itself is solid, with decent corners and edges, only mild tanning, and a body of text that is free of marks.

- The binding/spine is complete and intact, but is starting to loosen just a bit. It is not cocked and does not lean...nice & square!

- The Dust Jacket is a bit rough, particularly on the top edge, where it is missing a piece, as well as the foot and heel of spine (see scan).

- The $2.00 price is intact and is not clipped!

- The printing quality is a clean and vivid black.

- The endpapers show some moderate tanning..
